Join LA Metro for a free group tour aboard Metro! We will be exploring the new Pomona extension of the A Line on opening weekend, riding the train and enjoying the sights along the way!

We will take the Metro A Line (formerly the Gold Line) east, making stops at the new stations in Glendora, San Dimas, La Verne, and Pomona! At San Dimas and La Verne we will walk out of the station to check out the local neighborhood, stopping at local cafes and the Pacific Railroad Society museum in San Dimas. We anticipate returning to Pasadena by 1:30pm.

Please wear comfortable walking shoes. Metro has typically made rail service free on the opening weekend of an extension, so we don't anticipate anyone having to pay transit fare. Lunch will not be provided, participants must purchase or bring their own.
