Bio: Jessica Roberts is the west coast agency liaison for Transit app. In this role, she works with public transit agencies passionate about improving riders' lives through great digital customer experience, communication, and engagement. She previously spent 2 decades as a public sector consultant specializing in active transportation and mode shift. She owns 5 bikes, 8 physical transit cards, and too many dozens of mobility apps to count.
